These terms apply to purchases of physical goods by consumers in Sweden and other European Union countries.<\/p>

We deliver to the destinations listed in our delivery information and available in the ordering process. Any delivery restrictions are shown at the start of ordering. Availability depends on the delivery address, not your nationality. These terms do not mean that delivery is available to every EU destination.<\/p>

The language versions of these terms describe the same purchase conditions. The language you select does not determine the delivery area or the law protecting your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.<\/p>

Where you provide text, numbers or other personalization details, we manufacture the product according to the details in your order. Please check spelling, numbers and other entries carefully. Contact us promptly if you discover a mistake; we will tell you whether it can still be corrected and agree any additional cost with you before making a change.<\/p>

You remain entitled to complain if the product differs from your order or is otherwise faulty.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prices are stated in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable VAT. The payment currency, any delivery charge and the final total, including VAT applicable to your purchase, are shown before you place your order. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency-conversion fees if you pay from an account in another currency.<\/p>

You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is collected when the order is placed. We do not add charges after purchase without your agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Before placing your order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, configuration details and contact information in your basket and at checkout.<\/p>

By selecting the final order button, you place an order with an obligation to pay. The purchase contract is concluded when your order is successfully placed and your payment is accepted. We then send an order-confirmation email containing the details of your completed purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive it or if any information is incorrect.<\/p>

The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when the contract is concluded. Later changes do not alter an existing order.<\/p>

If we identify an error in a price or product description, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge a different price without your agreement. Any right to set aside an order because of an obvious error is governed by applicable law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The delivery period applicable to your product and destination is shown before you order and included in your order confirmation. It includes production and transport time. Where a product is a preorder or is personalized, the stated period includes the applicable waiting or production time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Production and delivery of Nattglimt<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Each Nattglimt house-number sign is made to order. The current estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.<\/p>

Delivery may take up to 8 weeks from the date the purchase contract is concluded, including production and shipping, unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed before purchase. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Shipping and delivery conditions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Available delivery methods and costs are shown before you place your order. Please provide an accurate delivery address and follow any collection instructions supplied for your parcel.<\/p>

We are responsible for your goods until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive them when using a delivery option offered by us. If a parcel is damaged, lost or delayed, contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Photographs of visible damage can help, but your right to complain does not depend on reporting damage to the carrier at delivery.<\/p>

If delivery is delayed, we will inform you of the situation and the expected delivery date. Your statutory rights remain available, including the right to require delivery and, where the legal conditions are met, cancel the purchase and receive a refund. If no delivery time has been agreed, delivery must take place without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.<\/p>

Not collecting a parcel does not itself constitute a withdrawal notice. If you wish to withdraw, please tell us as described below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Changes and cancellation before delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order before delivery. We will confirm what can be changed and whether any agreed additional cost applies.<\/p>

Under the Swedish law governing these terms, you may cancel goods before delivery. We may claim reasonable compensation for costs and losses caused by the cancellation only where allowed by the law applicable to your purchase, including any mandatory protection described in section 13. This can be relevant to a personalized product that we cannot sell to someone else. We will explain and substantiate any amount claimed.<\/p>

This is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal described below. We do not charge cancellation compensation when you validly exercise that right.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unless an exception described below applies, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.<\/p>

To withdraw, send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw before the period expires. You can use the \u201cWithdraw from purchase\u201d form linked in the website footer, email us, or write to the seller\u2019s address above. The model withdrawal form at the end of these terms is also available, but using it is optional.<\/p>

Please include enough information for us to identify your purchase, such as your name, contact details and order number or a description of the goods. We will acknowledge notices submitted through the online withdrawal form by email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Returning the goods<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Send the goods back without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before that period expires.<\/p>

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods when you change your mind. This does not apply to returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods for which we are responsible.<\/p>

Pack the goods securely. You may inspect and handle them as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. If handling beyond this causes a loss in value, we may deduct that loss from the refund where permitted by law. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For withdrawal from the entire purchase, we refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refunded.<\/p>

We refund without unnecessary delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them, whichever happens first.<\/p>

We use the same payment method as your original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee.<\/p>

If we accept a return of only part of an order, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charge attributable solely to those goods. Delivery charges that would also have applied to the goods you keep are not refunded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Personalized goods<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our product Nattglimt is laser-engraved with your chosen house number and is therefore a personalized product. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.<\/p>

However, Nattglimt is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, even though it is personalized. You may carefully install and try the sign on your home before deciding whether to keep it. If you are not satisfied, you can return it by notifying us within 30 days of delivery, under the conditions described in section 10<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>

This exception does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or does not match your order, or your right to cancel before delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Faulty goods and complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If a product is faulty or does not match your order, contact us using the details in section 1. Describe the issue and provide enough information to identify the purchase. Your order number and photographs can help us investigate.<\/p>

The Swedish Consumer Sales Act provides responsibility for original faults that appear within three years after delivery. Under that Act, a complaint must be made within a reasonable time after discovery; a complaint within two months of discovery is always timely. Exceptions may extend protection beyond these ordinary limits.<\/p>

Under Swedish law, a fault appearing within the first two years is generally presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the fault.<\/p>

For customers in other EU countries, longer periods or other more favourable mandatory rules may apply as explained in section 13. The Swedish periods and notification requirements above do not shorten or restrict those rights. Please contact us promptly when you discover a problem so that we can help.<\/p>

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the purchase, as well as compensation where the law provides for it. Repair or replacement must be carried out without cost to you, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. We cover necessary return shipping for faults for which we are responsible.<\/p>

Contact us for return arrangements so that we can provide suitable instructions or a return label. You do not need to contact the manufacturer first.<\/p>

Normal wear or damage caused by misuse is not itself an original fault. This does not limit our responsibility for inadequate instructions or other faults for which we are legally responsible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This offer covers replacement parts and shipping only. Labour, removal, installation, electrical work and other associated costs are not included.<\/strong><\/p>

To request a replacement, contact us using the details in section 1 and describe the problem. Your order number and photographs can help us identify the faulty part. If the original part is no longer available, we may provide a compatible equivalent.<\/p>

The offer does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, installation contrary to our instructions or unauthorized modifications. Normal cosmetic ageing and changes in appearance that do not affect the sign’s function are not covered.<\/p>

If you habitually reside in another EU country and we direct our commercial activities to that country, and your purchase falls within those activities, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection provided by mandatory consumer rules that would otherwise apply in your country of habitual residence.<\/p>

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it together.<\/p>

If we cannot agree, you may refer an eligible dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allm\u00e4nna reklamationsn\u00e4mnden, ARN), subject to its applicable conditions, time limits and application fee.
