How is Nattglimt installed?
Nattglimt is mounted to the wall using four screws. Wall plugs for masonry walls are included. The cable can be routed along the wall surface or through the wall for a concealed installation.
Nattglimt operates on 12 V DC via a separate LED driver that plugs into a standard power outlet. The driver must be installed indoors in a dry, accessible location, protected from rain and moisture.
Can the LED module and driver be replaced?
Yes. Both components are designed to be replaceable.
The LED module is secured with screws and can be replaced after removing the sign from the wall. It connects to the installation cable via a waterproof plug connector located behind the sign.
The separate LED driver can also be replaced independently, without replacing the cable running to the sign.
What does the 10 years of free replacement parts cover?
If any part of Nattglimt fails due to a defect under normal use within 10 years of delivery, we will provide a replacement part free of charge, including shipping.
The offer does not cover normal cosmetic ageing, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications.
Replacement parts and shipping are included, but removal, installation, electrical work and other associated costs are not. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Can I buy replacement parts after 10 years?
Yes. We intend to continue offering replacement LED units and drivers for purchase even after the initial 10 years of free replacement parts. Our goal is to keep Nattglimt in use for decades, without having to replace the entire sign when an electronic component eventually needs replacing.

Are the numbers clearly visible in daylight?
Yes, the engraved numbers are normally clearly visible in daylight, even when the illumination is off. However, strong reflections on the glass can sometimes reduce contrast, making the numbers harder to read from certain viewing angles.
Can I change, cancel or return my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are usually possible before production begins, but may be difficult once your sign has been engraved.
You can cancel your order before delivery. We also offer a 30-day return period after delivery, even for personalized signs. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Each Ljusnummer sign is made to order. Depending on component availability and production schedules, delivery typically varies between 1 and 8 weeks.
